Metal Wall Flashing Trim
Effectively stops rain water running down the back of FlexiProof One Piece EPDM membranes.
Carefully designed and manufactured with Plastisol-coated sheet steel, FlexiProof Wall Flashing Trims compliment FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM flat roofs and deliver long lasting performance.
- Available in ‘Standard’ (25/100/3000mm), ‘Deep’ (40/100/3000mm) and ‘Half Length of Standard’ (25/100/1500mm) sizes
- Sheet steel coated with hard wearing, corrosion resistant Plastisol
- Cost-effective solution (especially compared to Lead Flashing)
Metal Edge Trim
Prevents rain water running underneath FlexiProof One Piece EPDM membranes and features a drip return on the underside.
Manufactured with Plastisol-coated sheet steel, FlexiProof Metal Edge Trims compliment FlexiProof One Piece EPDM flat roofs and deliver long lasting performance.
- Available in 3 metre lengths and a range of heights from 75mm to 175mm
- Sheet steel coated with hard wearing, corrosion resistant Plastisol
- Cost-effective, high quality finish
- Fashioned with tin snips (cut and fold)
- Recommended for skilled installers experienced in fashioning sheet metal
Termination Bar
Extruded aluminium bar designed for securing and sealing as a compression type flashing termination.
Ideal for use on upstands or where the EPDM membrane joins into an existing roofing coating such as felt and asphalt.
Apply FlexiProof Water Block Mastic underneath the membrane prior to the attachment and fixing of the termination bar.
- 25mm x 3m with pre-punched holes every 150mm on centre
- Easily cut to any required length
